lgo4d Terms & Conditions

1. Definitions

In this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set out below unless the context clearly requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the lgo4d website accessible at lgo4d.bio, including all sub-pages, content, services, games, and features made available thereon.
• "Account" means the personal gaming account created by a User upon successful registration on the lgo4d platform.
• "Player" or "User" means any individual who has registered an Account or is accessing the lgo4d platform in any capacity.
• "Balance" means the amount of Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) held in a Player's lgo4d wallet at any given time, including any bonus funds where separately noted.
• "Real Money Balance" means deposited IDR funds held in a Player's Account, excluding any bonus funds.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free spins equivalents, or other incentive amounts credited to a Player's Account under lgo4d's promotional terms.
• "Qualifying Deposit" means a real-money deposit that meets the minimum threshold required to trigger a specific bonus or promotion.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount (or bonus plus deposit amount, as specified per promotion) before the resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by lgo4d before processing withdrawals or granting full account privileges.
• "Sportsbook" means the sports and e-sports betting product available on the lgo4d platform.
• "Casino Products" means live dealer tables, slot games, live roulette, mahjong games, and any other casino-format products available via lgo4d Casino.

2. Eligibility & Age Verification

Access to and use of the lgo4d platform is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at all times during their use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. lgo4d does not permit any person under the age of 21 to register an Account, make a deposit, place a wager, or access any real-money gaming feature.
• You must be accessing and using the platform voluntarily for personal entertainment purposes only and not on behalf of any third party.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list maintained by lgo4d or any affiliated gaming network.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, or agent of lgo4d or any of its affiliated, subsidiary, or holding companies, or an immediate family member of such a person, unless lgo4d has provided written exemption.
• You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law.

3. Account Registration

To access real-money features on the lgo4d platform, you must register a personal Account. The following terms apply to Account registration and maintenance:

3.1 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one (1) active lgo4d Account at any time. Registering, operating, or benefiting from multiple Accounts — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, phone numbers, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement. lgo4d reserves the right to close all duplicate Accounts and confiscate any balances held therein.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You agree to provide complete, accurate, and current information during registration and to keep such information updated at all times. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of this Agreement and grounds for immediate Account suspension and balance forfeiture.

3.3 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your lgo4d username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. lgo4d will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized use of your Account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must contact lgo4d support immediately via live chat.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

lgo4d is required to verify the identity of all Players prior to processing withdrawal requests and, in certain circumstances, before granting full platform access. The KYC process may require you to submit one or more of the following documents:

• Government-issued photo identification (Indonesian KTP or passport)
• Proof of residential address (utility bill, bank statement, or official correspondence dated within the past 90 days)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., bank account screenshot showing your name for BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, or CIMB Niaga accounts; e-wallet account confirmation for OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, or LinkAja)

lgo4d aims to complete KYC review within 24 hours of receiving all required documents during WIB business hours.

4. Account Security & Responsibility

You are fully responsible for all activity that occurs within your lgo4d Account, whether or not authorized by you. lgo4d employs 256-bit SSL encryption and optional two-factor authentication (2FA) to protect Account access. You are responsible for enabling 2FA and for ensuring your registered device and email account are secure.

lgo4d will never contact you to request your password, PIN, or 2FA code via any channel — including live chat, email, or phone. Any such request should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

5. Deposits

All deposits to your lgo4d Account are processed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). lgo4d accepts deposits via the following methods: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga (bank transfers) and OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja (e-wallets). The following terms apply to all deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount is Rp 10.000. Maximum deposit limits may vary by payment method and account status.
• Deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will be returned where possible.
• Deposits credited to your lgo4d Account in error must be reported to support immediately and will be reversed upon identification.
• lgo4d does not charge fees on deposits, but your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees independently of lgo4d.
• lgo4d processes deposited funds solely for gaming purposes on the lgo4d platform. The platform does not offer any form of payment processing, currency exchange, or money transfer services unrelated to gaming.

6. Withdrawals

Players may request a withdrawal of their Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in the Player's own name and previously used for deposit, or to a verified personal Indonesian bank account or e-wallet.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 3–5 minutes on average during operational hours (08:00–24:00 WIB). Requests submitted outside these hours will be processed at the start of the next operating window.
• lgo4d reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing large or unusual withdrawal requests.
• Withdrawal of Bonus Funds is subject to the wagering requirements applicable to the relevant promotion being met in full. Bonus Funds that have not cleared wagering requirements cannot be withdrawn.
• lgo4d does not charge withdrawal fees. Any fees charged by the receiving bank or e-wallet are the Player's responsibility.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

lgo4d offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible Players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be published on the relevant promotion page at the time the offer is made available. The following general terms apply to all lgo4d bonuses unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to Players who have completed KYC verification and who have made at least one Qualifying Deposit, unless the promotion is explicitly designated as a no-deposit offer.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per Player, per household, per device, and per payment method, unless stated otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified on the relevant promotion page. Bonus funds and associated winnings that remain after the expiry of this period will be removed from the Account.
• lgo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any bonus or promotion at any time with or without notice, provided that modifications do not retroactively reduce the value of bonuses already in progress.
• In cases of suspected bonus abuse — including but not limited to wagering primarily on low-risk bets to clear wagering requirements — lgo4d reserves the right to void the bonus, void associated winnings, and close the Account.
• Bonus funds are separate from Real Money Balance. Wagers are drawn from Real Money Balance first unless a promotion specifies otherwise.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lgo4d platform. Violations may result in Account suspension, balance forfeiture, and reporting to relevant authorities:

• Providing false personal information or misrepresenting your identity or age
• Registering or operating more than one lgo4d Account
• Using the platform if you are under 21 years of age
• Using software bots, automated scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated means to gain an unfair advantage in games or to manipulate outcomes
• Engaging in collusion with other Players in live dealer or poker games
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the platform — any such exploitation must be reported to lgo4d support immediately
• Attempting to process deposits or withdrawals using payment methods that do not belong to you
• Engaging in money laundering or using the lgo4d platform as a financial intermediary for any purpose other than personal gaming entertainment
• Making fraudulent chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith
• Attempting to access other Players' Accounts or intercepting other Players' data

9. Game Rules & Betting

Each game category available on the lgo4d platform — including Casino Products, Sportsbook, and E-sports markets — is governed by specific game rules. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with these rules before placing wagers. The following general principles apply across all products:

• All bets placed on the lgo4d platform are final once confirmed by the system. Bets cannot be cancelled or amended after confirmation.
• In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a game or bet — such as a network disruption or server error — lgo4d will follow the relevant game provider's rules for handling incomplete rounds. If the provider's rules do not cover the specific scenario, lgo4d will resolve the situation at its reasonable discretion.
• Sportsbook odds are subject to change up to the moment a bet is confirmed. The odds displayed at the time of confirmation are the odds that apply to that wager.
• lgo4d reserves the right to void bets where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the integrity of an event was compromised or where an error in the published odds was material.
• RNG games use certified random number generation technology. Live casino tables use licensed studios operated by Evolution Gaming and Pragmatic Play Live under applicable gaming regulations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the lgo4d platform — including but not limited to the lgo4d brand name and logo, website design, user interface elements, game titles, promotional graphics, written content, and software — is the intellectual property of lgo4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, reverse-engineer, scrape, or otherwise exploit any content from the lgo4d platform without prior written consent from lgo4d.

11. Privacy & Data

lgo4d collects, stores, and processes personal data from Players in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement. By accepting these Terms & Conditions, you also accept the lgo4d Privacy Policy. Key data processing activities include account registration, KYC verification, transaction processing, fraud prevention, and customer support. lgo4d does not sell Player personal data to third parties for marketing purposes.

12. Responsible Gaming

lgo4d is committed to promoting responsible gaming and minimizing the risk of gambling-related harm. As a condition of using the platform, you acknowledge that:

• Online gaming involves real financial risk and is not a reliable or guaranteed source of income.
• You are using the lgo4d platform for personal entertainment only and are not attempting to recover financial losses through gambling.
• You will make use of the responsible gaming tools available in your Account settings — including deposit limits, loss limits, session time reminders, reality check notifications, and self-exclusion — if you have concerns about your gaming behavior.

13. Suspension & Termination

lgo4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any term of this Agreement
• Suspected fraudulent activity, money laundering, or criminal conduct
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe
• Chargebacks, payment reversals, or disputed transactions
• Self-exclusion request by the Player
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so

Upon Account closure for cause, lgo4d may forfeit any bonus funds and associated winnings held in the Account. Real Money Balance remaining after the resolution of any disputed transactions or withheld amounts will be returned to the Player via their verified payment method, subject to applicable processing fees.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, lgo4d shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of gaming session, loss of opportunity, or any other financial or non-financial loss.

lgo4d's total aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising under or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the 12-month period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in this clause shall limit lgo4d's liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

15. Amendments

lgo4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, lgo4d will provide reasonable notice to Players via the platform or by email to the registered address on the Account. The updated terms will take effect on the date stated in the notice. Continued use of the lgo4d platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not accept the revised terms, you must cease using the platform and may close your Account.

16. Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of online gaming regulation. lgo4d operates under an internationally issued gaming license. Any dispute not resolved through lgo4d's internal complaints process shall be referred to binding arbitration under the rules of a mutually agreed independent arbitration institution.

Players acknowledge that online gaming is subject to legal restrictions in Indonesia. It is the Player's sole responsibility to ensure that their use of the lgo4d platform complies with all applicable laws in their jurisdiction. lgo4d makes no representation that the services offered on the platform are lawful in any particular jurisdiction.
